  • Responsible for the full 3D/2D structural design of precision injection molds, ensuring design soundness.
  • Lead DFM reviews for new projects, using Moldflow for analysis and optimization.
  • Follow T0–T1 mold trials throughout; propose solutions for structural and dimensional issues.

  • 5+ years of precision mold design experience; proficient in UG/CAD software.
